Following a 35-year career across the public and private sectors, Government Affairs leader John A. Gutierrez launched Jalore Strategy, a boutique firm focused on strategic government affairs consulting and leadership advisory services.
Jalore Strategy takes its name from John’s parents, Jack and Loretta. Their example of integrity, resilience, and service inspires our mission today: helping organizations align vision with execution, navigate complex policy, strengthen leadership, and build operations that endure. Their legacy lives on in every partnership we form and every impact we help create.
Jalore Strategy is based out of Union City, CA, where John resides with his wife Hera, and their two sons, David and Ryan.
